SPICY BEEF RENDANG (RENDANG DAGING)



Rendang is a dish which originated from the Minangkabau etchic group of Indonesia. It is one of the characteristic foods of Minangkabau culture, usually it's served at ceremonial occasions and to honour guests. These days rendang served in almost every household specially in Ramadhan feast, Rendang has been a world famous dish because of the difficulty of the making, the amount and variety of spices and herbs used and the complexity of the taste. No wonder people would called it .... a food to die for.

One of the rendang's characteristic is, it will be more and more and even more delicious due to reheating process...yess...it's a kind of food that no need to worry it will gonna be stale.

Rendang is made from thick beef sliced that slowly cooked in coconut milk, spices and herbs for several hours until almost all the liquid is gone, allowing the meat to absorb the spicy condiments and to become tender...It's spicy, fragrant, tender...It's extraordinarily scrumptious
