SPICY JENGKOL RENDANG (RENDANG JENGKOL)

Archidendron pauciflorum, commonly known as Jengkol or Dogfruit. Despite of the "excotic fragrant" this is one of the famous food in Indonesia. The Sundanese ecthic group in Indonesia usually called it "ati maung" or "tiger's heart" .
